What Can RICHI Equipment Do?
Animal Feed Pellets
Feed pellets for pigs, chickens, ducks, cattle, sheep, fish and other animals produced by RICHI equipment feature high curing degree and good palatability, which effectively boost animals’ digestion and absorption rate. The pellets maintain stable shape with a forming rate above 98% and low production loss. Adjustable pellet sizes satisfy all livestock and aquaculture categories. Our core SZLH series feed pellet mills enjoy worldwide recognition and stand as a top-quality industry option.
Biomass Pellets
Centered on RICHI MZLH wood pellet mills, the equipment manufactures high-density, high-hardness biomass fuel pellets with steady calorific value, complete combustion and low ash content. No chemical binders are used during production; natural lignin acts as the adhesive, complying with Europe and America’s ENplus eco-fuel standards. The pellets are moisture-proof and storable, with minimal loss during long-distance transportation. They support clean combustion for versatile applications.
Organic Fertilizer Granules
Organic fertilizer production constitutes another key application of RICHI machinery. The pellet forming rate reaches no less than 90%, with intact organic matter retained. Pellets are moisture-resistant, easy to store and possess great flowability. Their uniform shape meets commercial fertilizer standards for agricultural supplies, commanding a higher market price than bulk fertilizer. Each pellet carries balanced nutrient proportions for even crop uptake and long-lasting fertilizing effects.
Animal Bedding Pellets
Pellets from RICHI animal bedding lines deliver outstanding structural stability and powerful water & moisture absorption. Their porous structure enables fast liquid uptake to keep barns dry and fresh. High-temperature extrusion and drying eliminate parasite eggs and miscellaneous bacteria, preventing mildew and germ breeding.
